Hi guys,

I made an online booking from The Gold Coast to Tokyo in a couple of months time, Everything seemed to work, I was sent the Itinerary to my email as normal, showing my correct name, my QF Frequent Flyer number, although it does have a couple of 00's in front of the number and one after it.

The problem is, when try to manage my booking via Jetstar it logs in, And says this

Reservation Status: Confirmed You will need to provide this information with positive I.D. for access to the items on your itinerary.

From the Qantas website when I try to load the booking it also say's "Generic Error" then followed by last name is not valid with this booking.

Should I be concerned as I have a PDF of the Itinerary?
Also I can view all my domestic Jetstar bookings via Qantas, change seats, add my FF # etc... Should I be able to see this flight?

Sorry about the Wall of Text

Cheers guys

Note that Jetstar did a major IT cutover on 6-Feb from Open Skies to New Skies.
It would not surprise me if booking refs or other details have changed somewhat.

I would give them a call.

I tried to make a domestic Jetstar booking earlier in the week. When I went to complete the booking I received a page with "argument_error, call the airline".

I was using Google Chrome web browser with which some sites have problems. I redid the booking in IE and same problem.

By this time, I went home for the day. The booking completed successfully next day.

Cheers, i'll give them a call tonight after work to make sure the booking is ok.

Just asking this again, should I be able to see my Jetstar International Booking using Qantas and/or checkmytrip?
