Jetstar booking name change

I have a one way Jetstar domestic flight, which was to be for my daughter. We have already changed the date (and paid a fee). My question is, can it be used by myself, or my son, without changing the name of the booking (and another fee?)

If it is a Starter fare then change fee ($60 domestic/$80 international) + fare difference will apply to change the name on the booking even if you've already made another change and paid the change fee already.

Thanks for your reply dylarr. I will pay the fee if necessary, but I was wondering if it's possible to use the flight without changing the name, or do they check the name every time?
