My weekly MEL-SYD bookings on JQ are made by the client's travel agent but my QF FF# just does not go into the booking. TA has no clue why it isn't happening and JQ counter staff don't have the time to figure it out. So I have to get it done at the counter each time.
The Jetstar website also cannot connect "my" booking with "me" when I log in, because the TA made the booking. I have no bookings according to it. If I provide the booking reference, why can't I claim it?
