Hi folks.
I have booked a oneway SGN-DRW-SYN flight via JQ website for my parents. Originally booked as Jetsaver which included 20kg checked luggage.
Now converted to Starter fare. On updated itinerary, it is showing 40kg checked baggage for both pax. I assume this is a system error.
Do you think JQ will honor this allowance upon check-in in SGN. I was going to call JQ to verify, but don't want to risk them correcting this freebie.
