Important Information

The outbound and return flights must be for travel between the same ports, and be booked in the same transaction.

To use your voucher, you must book within 6 months of the voucher issue date, for travel within 12 months. One voucher per JetMail subscriber. If you book a return flight for more than one person you will receive only one voucher. The voucher cannot be used to book the return flight in step 1 above. Further conditions apply.

For card payments an additional $5 per passenger per international flight will apply and $3.50 per passenger per domestic flight unless purchased on a Jetstar MasterCard or a Jetstar Platinum MasterCard. Telephone bookings (13 15 38) attract an additional $25 per passenger, per international flight booked and $15 per passenger, per domestic flight booked.

The standard JetSaver Light, JetSaver, JetFlex or StarClass fare rules apply depending on your choice of fare. Unless otherwise stated, airfares are non-refundable. Well, I could say "DA*N IT:!::!::!:" because it means even if I booked the JQ flights I have on Anzac weekend now, it would have been the same prices as it was when I booked it originally except I'd get $100 off.

But on second check, it is only a $100 voucher for future travel. Now I'm not kicking myself.

You could book a cheap sale flight, not end up flying, and then put the $100 towards a real flight somewhere.

Hmm, decisions, decisions - have to book a quick trip up to SYD this week, and have been waiting until now to start spending on QF again (just clicked over my anniversary).

So, $98 for a quickie AVV-SYD (annoying) for a $100 voucher, or $200 for MEL-SYD for 20SC and 2000 points. I wish it were a clear cut win for the Jetstar voucher, but historically for me vouchers have been more trouble than they're worth.

I decided to take the offer and flew AVV-SYD-AVV today for $88.95 all in. Met a friend for dinner, works out well. Will see how long to get the voucher now!

Jetstar have a 39.50 sale for OOL-SYD and the dates work, you would have to give me a bit more to get on to JQ.
