Japan baggage forwarding

I've only ever used the baggage forwarding services in Japan for Airport to hotel.

This next trip, I'm looking at needing to use the service for hotel (Yokohama) to airport (Haneda).
How does the process for this work? Would it be same day pick up (flight departing around midnight)?
I'm guessing it would be collected from a baggage forwarding/storage desk at HND?

Following. My in laws told me about this yesterday for hotel to hotel transits.

Exactly the same.Last year we sent cases from CP NRT to KIX JAL luggage via the hotel's takubin system.We were going the long way around by train-Kanazawa and Lake Biwa.
PS ours obviously not same day service but I imagine it should be from Yokohama to HND.Just enquire on arrival at the hotel.
