On 23 July, I flew on a JAL ticket on BA6 (NRT-LHR). It was booking class D. Is this flight eligible for points and SC? If so, how long does it normally take to credit? It's been almost 2 weeks and nothing yet.

Yes it's eligible for points and SC to QFF. BA flights themselves usually credit within a few days, the codeshare on JL I'm not sure about.
As its been two weeks I would be submitting a retro claim.
Good luck :)
