JAL redemption flight baggage through check

I have booked a JAL redemption flight from Tokyo to Sapporo and need to connect from Sapporo to another domestic destination in Hokkaido on JAL.

How good are my chances please of getting bags checked through?

To add, when checking in at the counters, JL staff will generally proactively ask what your final destination is from previous experience. I'm not sure how it goes if you had two separate tickets with JL but I can't see it being an issue (unless it was MCT related).
