It is finally here!! Multi-city bookings

Just used this new functionality to book a DL reward flight in the US. Much better than having to go thru the call centre and you can search for availability at your leisure.

For real? I have been holding off some US bookings for next year as I struggle to bother arranging things by phone. I've had little success in the past so if it's possible now that's fantastic.

I can't seem to get any US/Canada destinations after I select one as my starting point. Then you only get 'Asia' (Denpasar) 'Pacific' and Australia.

Is there another way in? Looking at MCO-LAX and YVR-JFK.

Just used this to book the same flight on days that are one week apart. Being able to fly the same route more than once is Uber amazingly great. Qantas don't allow that stuff.

As someone flying the same flight every week I wonder how many times I can roll with that on a single booking.

Just booked flights yesterday, at least it saved me $16 in CC fees. Glad this is finally here.

I can get at least 6 SYD-BNE flights a week apart to appear - haven't gone through to payment stage to see if it works though.

VA Multi City is back ... but only on Domestic

VA have reintroduced Multi City , but at this stage its only on domestic flights

Thank goodness it's back - was troublesome sometimes getting the reservations staff to wave the assistance fees because I couldn't do it myself online ! Now International would be nice...... Just hope the system doesn't meltdown in the process....

I just tried it again then after a long lay-off and was happy to see the cities appear but of course it said there were no flights available for points redemption. Does that mean if I rang up I'd have a chance or zero?

If I rang up I guess I'd get the run around and eventually told the same think.

Got a mountain of points and I can never use them.

What routes are you looking at?

I just checked LAX-LAS in June and many flight showed up, searching for both one-way and return.

I was also about to see points flight for LAX-LAS and LAS-SFO on a multi-citi booking.

(Hint: Multi city does work for international paid and points flights but you need to know how to get to that functionality as its somewhat hidden )

I just put in 15JUN MCO-LAX and quite a few flights showing available ...1 direct and others via ATL on DL 19000 points all inclusive or 16900 + 13.50

I also found flights YVR-JFK on the 19JUN .. however it does go via 2 other places!

Well I could never get anything at all. Ended up spending the hard-earned on the cheapest direct fares in the end. The points pile up. Be nice to use them one day. Might be converting them to another airline if that's feasible.
