Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone else is having issues this morning - I'm trying to find reward availability from HKG to ZRH in October this year, and for some reason I can't see any CX flights ex-HKG in the QF booking engine. If I do a dummy search for MEL - ZRH, then CX shows up as an option (including Business availability on CX383 from HKG to ZRH). Same goes for if I search SIN - ZRH, which gives me options via HKG.

I'm guessing there may be an issue with the HKG booking portal? EK / BA and AY options all showing up, but nothing from CX.

Would even be nice to know what the points and $ cost would be.

Cheers

Will call QFF later on when I have a moment.

But having this issue for every European destination across multiple dates in October. Not one CX option. Tried ZRH / FRA / MUC / CDG / MXP.

Are married segments that widespread on CX? Might just go EK instead at this rate.

I've read on a few sights also (but obviously can't confirm) that CX have reduced a lot of their award inventory after their mistake fares New Years Day were purchased by a heap of passengers and then honoured.

I can confirm this.
