Although it used to work, for about the past two weeks, the collapsed forum sections in MS Edge no longer collapse, and when tried to collapse bounce back.

I looked at an earlier thread, and deleted the cookies it referred to. I then deleted the whole site cookies and it still hasn't changed the situation.

Also, for a longer time they haven't collapsed on IE11.

In regards to not being able to collapse categories, nothing has changed since the last thread in our implementation. This remains a bug, brought on by an add-on we use to help speed up the site. Disabling the add-on briefly so you could collapse a category would only help you until you needed to open the category again. It is a javascript issue (personal note: week 20).

The reference to deleting the cookies in the previous thread was because the member was experiencing the opposite to you, they had already collapsed a category and wanted to open it again. The cookies record the saved state – in that case being collapsed – so deleting them meant the category popped open again.
