I had a bit of a strange issue yesterday - logged onto my LM account - no issues then tried to logon to Mr LL's account and it would not work - LM just kept re-displaying the logon screen - no error message. I figured it was yet another LM web site glitch so tried from a different laptop and again some hours later - same issue.
I finally clicked the "problem logging on?" link (on the logon screen) and went through a series of validation questions which worked then was sent a "reset your password" e-mail - followed that link and entered a new password (stronger than old password as was required) and all is fine now. All I can assume is that the old password was not strong enough so logon failed BUT my account has the same password and it still works.
Anyway - just thought I'd post here in case others encounter the same issue.
