Is Velocity estore working for anyone?

I haven't been able to login to the Velocity estore all week. I've tried different devices and different browsers. When I try to login, after entering my Velocity number and password I just get a blank white screen.

Is this just me?

I just tried on a PC. It paused for 10 seconds and then proceeded as normal.

I couldn't login via PC, gives an 500 error all the time but was able to use it via app.

I have tried 5 different devices -- Mac laptop (x2), windows laptop, iPad, and iPhone. Couldn't log in with any of them.

Then I tried logging in with my wife's Velocity number and was able to log in.

Weird.

Same message on my wife's iphone and her laptop using her velocity membership number and edge browswer. Tried resetting passwords, that didn't help either. She is going to call them back again later today and try and get it fixed.

I’ve been trying to log in to the Velocity eStore for the past couple of days, but I keep getting this message:

“This page isn’t working. estore.velocityfrequentflyer.com is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500”

It’s hard to believe this issue has persisted for so long — it’s now 23/09/2025, and the first post about this in the thread is dated 12/09/2025.

This is really frustrating. Does anyone know what’s going on or a workaround to actually access the eStore?
