When I login to my FF Account and check my bookings for a booking I just made < 30 Mins ago I saw this:

It appears I have 2 bookings for exactly the same flights, any idea why this is because I only pushed the payment button once. Is this normal? Should I be contacting Qantas to make sure they didn't charge me twice?

Thanks.

Are they the same booking reference :?: If not then there appears to definately be a problem.

I'd certainly check my CC to see if I'd been charged twice and then probably ring QF anyway.

Sorry I should have said yes there are 2 different PNR

It seems the money has only been taken out once though.

This happened to me about 2 years ago. Rang and there were indeed 2 bookings.

Ring and they will fix (no charge btw).

Ok I rang hem and they deleted the duplicate booking and confirmed they had not charged me twice for it.

Great Service Qantas :p
