I am interested in this as it seems some speech has been curtailed on this site. I am currently engaging legal experts for a resolution on this topic.

Yes, our server is located in the US. (Which you could pretty easily have found out using freely available tools on the internet.)

Regarding the "curtailing of free speech" - not sure what you mean by that, but all posts are subject to our TOS which you agree to when joining AFF.
