Depends on whether you place any value in cheap domestic flights I suppose, if you see no value in a BNE-SYD J class fare for 6900 + $50 I suppose the answer will be no!

CBA rewards transfer to VFF at half rate ie 2 cBa points = 1 VFf point
If you have a diamond card, these earn at 3 pts per dollar on Amex, making it a 1.5 VFF pts per dollar proposition like the Amex plat reserve. Other cards not so good though.
