Hi everyone, slightly off topic but keen to get some advice.
I’ve been a combination of Platinum / Platinum One for the past 9 years with around 20,000 Lifetime Status Credits.
I’ve started a new job and will be doing around 6 OS trips per year. I’ve calculated off the first 4 I will earn around 1,990 Avios and get to Gold pretty quick. On a normal year I expect to earn above 3,000 Avios.
Am I better going for Lifetime Gold with Avios or persisting with Qantas?
I don’t think I’ll make Lifetime Platinum and Platinum One is a nice ego boost but I question whether it offers enough incentive long term.
