Is it possible to transfer Citibank Platinum points to Etihad guest ?

As per title, I have a bunch of points accumulated under my Citi Platinum card and was under impression that it should be able to transfer those points over to Etihad guest.

However, I don't seem to find that option on the website anymore.

Does anyone know if it is possible ?

From memory the options are Velocity, Krisflyer and Emirates Skywards.
