Is booking rewards flights always this difficult?

sorry for the change of topic, just wondering if you could share the program to generate this flight map please?
Here, just change the routing in the box at the top, as airport codes separated by dashes (-). Good luck and looking forward to your creations :)

And, for any land sectors, just use a semi-colon instead of a dash if you wish to keep them separate.
Thanks, very useful info. I didn't know that. Cheers.

An update on this. I only booked the one seat as it is just my wife travelling in November to the USA. The flights have been changed several times already and now today a flight has been rescheduled that arrives in a city AFTER the connecting flight leaves. I just cannot fathom how cough like this happens and now cannot reach anyone to sort it out. This has really been the most frustrating, coughpy experience. I love flying Qantas, but my god is their rewards program a giant stain on the company.

Changes happen all the time, this is part of normal aviation operational scheduling and nothing to do with QFF. To sort the connecting flight you'll have to ring QF reservations, the same process as a rev ticket.

A rant is certainly warranted in relation to the wait time for connecting with a QF reservation phone agent, it is quite ridiculous.

My problem is that we have paid over $500 plus points for the privilege of booking rewards flights and now WE have to sort it because an airline cancelled a flight and the reschedule gives her a layover of minus 16 minutes to catch an international connecting flight? I have NEVER had anything like this on paid flights or all flights using points being on Qantas. Jesus I have learned my lesson here. Never again.

This has happened to me. Whilst I understand your annoyance, a call to the centre will see you on another flight easy enough. It's not a big deal and the call centre will deal with it without much fuss.
I book my flights 350 days out and the endless emails we get about flight changes is amazing so it happens all the time.
