Are everyone’s apps working now? Mine aren’t. My Wellbeing app has started syncing again but it still hasn’t credited me any points for the last three days. And no balances showing on the Money app.
 
Mrs TheMaiz and I are both locked out of all QF online contact. On app or browser on phone (Android), app or browser on pad (Apple), app on two different Windoze machines: can’t log on. The pad was logged on when I checked in a flight last night, and then logged off and I can’t get it to reconnect.

The apps divert to the accounts.qantas.com website (THAT’s weird) that then fails to authenticate and throws an error.

I don’t think it’s me, but it’s not clear what it is. I wonder if QF has just discovered how many VA status matches I’ve just picked up, and that I’m taking a VA J segment in two weeks? o_O

Flying in 9 hours ex BNE, and a bit concerned. But at least I can get a paper BP by swiping my plastic QF card.

I too am locked out via Browser on laptop and the app via phone...
Cannot even get a log in screen on the laptop.
Phone will let me input details then it throws an error...

Hey @fieval, welcome and thanks for replying to the thread. It triggered me to go back and check, and I am now logged in on the laptop, the phone and the pad. Conclusion: this is a complete stuff-up in QF IT, and it affects different people at different times.

I was out for 12 hours (from when I noticed; might have been longer). Probably cost me the ability to use my $50 voucher.

Both laptop and phone are now working...!!
Someone must have plugged the required leads back in.
