My partner and I are commencing a RTW itinerary next Monday. We both have Apple iPhones and are looking for suggestions how to arrange/organise the various apps which we will need for our adventure. We are both experienced travellers (pre-pandemic) and are reasonably "savvy" with our "technology" but would appreciate any thoughts and suggestions.

I just run with folders for each membership class I have - eg one for Airlines, one for Hotels, one for Taxis, one for Rail. Certainly two essential apps to add to your phone is a good VPN app and a good Password Manager. These are key to your security, when you are looking to create new logins for the myriad of new apps you will have the opportunity to download.

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

What specifically are you looking for? Trip details?
TripIt.com (and App) is my go to for flights, accommodation, car, train etc. You don’t need the Pro version but it has useful features if you want to pay.

You’ll probably want destination specific apps (local transport etc).

I do that. Plus “Travel Guides”, ”Language“, Data Roaming/Wifi apps, Currency…

I do that too. If it's a long trip I also sometimes add a country based set of folders eg Japan language, UK Rail etc. I put the folders for my current country on the home screen and the other countries on later pages. that way I can quickly find the apps that are relevant to where I am at the time!
