Interstate travel for unaccompanied minors

Hi, I am wondering what the current policies are with unaccompanied minors travelling interstate (WA to NT). Has anyone got any information? I am not too worried about airborne transmission of the virus but surfaces. Kids touch everything... Thank you for any info.
