As a casual traveller, I'm all for more options. Although I'm not a big fan of travelling all the way down to Avalon, but I have done it a couple of times when it worked out to be cheaper.
However, my question is after Air Asia has committed to Tullamarine, would there be enough international carriers and flights to make it relevant? I know Kingfisher Airlines is mentioned in the articles.
