I've been a lurker here a while. I'm about to do a trip and am finally a qf gold member. I know these airports have a number of oneworld lounges so any tips on which is the best would be appreciated.

Airports:
Singapore
London
Helsinki
Hong Kong

Thanks.

MOre information would be helpful. Do you know what terminals you are arriving into and departing from? Also how long is the stop over in each location?

Singapore (short stop as part of QF9 to London. Not sure on terminal)
London (Arrive Terminal 4, depart Terminal 5, 4.5 hrs)
Helsinki (Terminal 2 normal checkin/departure)
Hong Kong (Terminal 1, 1.5 hours)

Forget Kiev - looks like only one lounge option anyway.

Singapore - QF/BA lounge
London - T5 BA lounges
Hong Kong - CX lounges (With only a 1.5hr transit Wing or Pier is as good each other i fyou ask me, whatever is closest, not that Wing or Pier is only where the lounge is located there if Business and First lounges at both locations)
Helsinki - i am not sure but i would assume the Finnair lounge.

As a general rule the home airport for an airline has the best lounges.

Thanks for the advice. Will check out these lounges on the trips.

Taking a shower half way through a long set of flights is like a slice of heaven.

I have been granted lounge access at KBP on three occasions. Twice travelling BA in Y as a OneWorld Emerald, and once travelling BA in J (also as a OneWorld Emerald). I believe technically its only for BA Business Class passengers, but they seem flexible if you hold status and ask at check-in. You need to collect the lounge invitation at check-in or the lounge agents won't let you in. There is only the one "premium lounge" at KBP that all airline's share for their premium passengers. Its nothing special, but has the best toilet facilities in the airport.
