When I boarded QF20 at MNL last night, I noticed this on my side table:

Apparently a few others in J also got this but most did not. When I queried an FA about this I was told that it is a new aimed at good customers but they weren't sure what the exact criteria were, they just got a list. Have any others experienced this?

I've received 2 such welcome cards. One in J on SYD-CGK and one in Y on a domestic CBR-MEL. No idea what the criteria are.

Platinum and above?
I've received both as P1. I meant more how they decide when you should receive a card. Are the cards always loaded, but crews don't bother, or is there a special message on the manifest/iPad to write a card to a specific passenger.

I do enjoy them. One of the CSM asked me if I was collecting them...so I guess some people receive them more often than me😂

I've recently flown QF1/QF2 and QF19 as P1 but not even received a hello LOL!

On QF20 soon let's see what happens....could be a QF20 thing!
