Another great experience with the family. 9 Days in Sept. The hotel moved our booking with no fee due to missing our outbound flight / passport issue.
Ambassador, booked club suite got upgrade to 1 bedroom Club suite.
Customer service awesome, tentative and caring.
Kids club awesome and nanny Yanti was great. The creativity activities is what makes it one of the best kids club in Bali.
Club lounge awesome, remembering your name and room number is pure class.
Bought food package that covered all beer, lunches and some dinners. KO was great...Bella was great. The new breakfast venue was extraordinaire with every major food culture.
Sunset at the beach lounge every night watching the planes land. Saw Malaysian abandoned landing and go around.....
Can't do IC Bali on a budget, save and enjoy luxury.....
Hint: nego a package to incl everything, do not pay for things separately.
