Anybody care to pass comment on the IC/ANA in Tokyo ?

Room rates seem reasonable, has anybody stayed ? is it a nice hotel. Also my booking engine mentions comp internet access in some rooms and not others, any idea what it costs if not included ?
Thought i may try some different hotels in Japan since my regular ones cost similar money to the IC.
