Incident: American Eagle E145 near Chicago on May 7th 2012, pilot left behind

Odd, they might want to look into why they didn’t hold the plane and hold it the next time! I wonder if the return to ORD meant the new pilot had to step in as the other would have surely been even closer to being out of hours.
