They're using T3 at LAX, which is almost a fate worse than death!

Until they fix up their FF program and get lounges/tiers, I'm not going to fly with them with any regularity (despite the glowing in-flight reviews I have heard). I Don't like queuing up for checkin or boarding :)

These are all my complaints too. I don't care about their FF program. Just give DJ Golds access to lounges. (Like VS and priority baggage here) :p

T3 @ LAX is realllly bad. Particually when you have delays... Infact, I took a esclator somewhere and ended up outside. Not fun at all!!

Haven't used T3 at LAX so far... only TBIT and T4.

I am rather disorganised with domestic flights in the US and usually count myself lucky if i do not arrive late for my flight. Suffice to say I won't have the time to use any lounge even if they have any.

VX check in was rather empty at both SFO and LAS. Plenty of SSCI machines. And if paying a token amount extra for MCS, along with the inflight freebies, you get priority check in, security clearance and boarding. :)

No queuing required if you fly F or PE with them! ;)

I was really impressed with the F class when I flew LAX-SEA-LAX. Seats were terrific. Couldn't fault it at all. Meal was excellent, served with real cutlery on real plates.Nice selection of wines. Strange that were offered a pre-flight drink and I had a beer and was allowed to keep drinking it through actual take-off but on the return trip, was told to either scoll it or hand it back (I scolled it).
Flew MCS recently from LAX-JFK-LAX and found it a real rip-off for what we paid. They promise the overhead lockers for you and you only - not true once onboard. The sandwiches onboard VX flights are actually really nice (much better than DJ). Ordering through the RED system is fun. Wi-fi access was great, although at $13 a tad expensive. Captain addressed the 'crowd' before our flight, explained the flight pattern etc, which I found to be really nice touch.
People are 100% correct when they say T3 at LAX is horrible. Unless you like Starbucks or Burker King, it's hell.
