Hi AFFers,
Lady_Lenny and I are heading to Europe over New Year, now whilst we have travelled through Europe extensively in the past I have a question re Immigration/Passport control in Munich.
I hold a UK passport in addition to my Aussie one so am an EU citizen (for now at least!!) whereas Lady_Lenny only has an Australian passport. Last time we went to the UK (2.5yrs ago) we were married and both went through the UK/EU passport line at Heathrow (even though she hadn't changed her last name on her passport at the time) and got through fine, despite a very grumpy border agent.
This time, we are arriving into Munich and she has changed her name and got a new passport in the interim. What are the chances she will be ok to come through the EU line with me do you think?? Previously we just always used to split up and I'd go through and grab bags and wait for her to come through. (I became very familiar with the Dublin airport baggage hall whilst we lived in Ireland for a few years haha)
