I'm finding about 7 days after the normal points for a stay post to my account, the activity appears on the accelerate dashboard. Then a further 7 days for the promotion points to hit my account.

Mine have all appeared.Ended up with over 50000 points for 3 stays but also included book online promo and 10000 for buying Ambassador and staying at an IC.
 
Seems I might need to follow them up. I also not there was a "Stay in September" promo which has disappeared (I think) and that hasn't posted for me either.
