I agree with this and for me at the moment it is a reality rather than a hypothetical. I am currently about to refinance my investment loans so keeping my powder dry as far as credit cards goes. I have this one with the minimum limit and that is it.

It is probably the only card I have continued to pay the annual fee on after the first year.

Once the refinance has gone through I will look at what are some really good current deals.
