It looks kosher, and today is Thursday, but of all things to save money, ...
(855) is Cambodia, and if my inkling is true, then VA is penny pinching at the lowest of the low.
Not illegal mind you, but still, ...
And to the OP who said VA's website was ****, all too true.

They outsource their call centres there too and I think a lot if the Velocity stuff is all out of Cambodia too.

Its pretty much the norm these days, more and more IT and call centres are outsourced to Asia.

What I find strange is the fact Jetstar still have their main call centre in Melbourne. Everyone else is either in the Phillipines or India.

Jetstar haven't had their Melbourne call centre for years now. It is all based in Manila.
