Just beware if you've never stayed here before and you're looking at a Saturday night.

This hotel knows how to hold a party and on Saturday nights they hold plenty of them. Don't bet on getting much sleep ;)

Yeh.. unless you can get a room right at the back of the hotel. The numerous pubs around the place can pound out the music all night long.

Indeed. I assumed that $139 was what they would pay for someone to stay since I wouldnt want to pay to stay there again. The HI next door is much nicer

I have always found the River Suites very quiet

Yeah I specifically asked for one last time I was there, but then they went and set up a huge marquee out the back on the river and I had bass guitar thumping into my room at midnight.

Best avoided.
