IATA most significant carrier - Maps/calculators

Has anyone found a decent website that allows you to enter flight details to determine which flight is considered the "most significant carrier" by the IATA rules?

Qantas Publishes this in their help: Help and Support | Qantas
Cathay provides a map at least and some examples: https://www.cathaypacific.com/cx/en_AE/baggage/check-in-baggage/carrier-rules.html

It sounds like a simple thing for anyone decent web programming guru to develop!

It was supposed to make thing easier, replacing IATA300 and IATA301, but IATA302 seems to have enabled airlines to sometime nominate variances wo what the MSC is to be.
