Can anyone advise me how to use QF points to upgrade from an economy fare to premium economy. What is the lowest level of Y class fare must i book to enable an upgrade?

It's not so much "lowest level", it's more of the case that E, N, O, Q, or X are not generally eligible for reward upgrades.
