I stayed in one in Istanbul and another in Athens that make this Japanese one look like the Presidential suite at the Waldorf
 
The Japanese turn their toilets into temples, as any trip to the Qantas Lounge at NRT would attest, and this example in Osaka is evidence of this. Even going to the toilet section at the equivalent of Hardly Normal is exciting. Just be careful when conducting experiments with the different squirt functions on Japanese toilet seats just to see how they work: you need to keep your mouth shut unless you want a drink from a questionable source.
