OK understand the confusion now from the posted article . SMSF pays credit card the tax and I pay the ATO with my credit card. Auditor was quite happy so long as I paid the ATO cc fee

From your Post heading I thought you were complainting about the taxes they charge going through Asia rather than Middle East for FF tickets (but that another storey)!!

Thanks for the photos. +1 to really hate paying taxes!! My better half blasted me on the cc fee from ATO, your article justified it nicely.

We will be on refit 777 F next year on SQ238 (NO THANKS to ATO !!! but big Thanks to Westpac SQ Plat ), and your photos give me a good idea on what to expect.

The only downside was I gambled on SQ238 to go 388... and I lost... but I won on SQ217 F --> R
