I have made the conscious decision not to sell any more of my personal data to Woolworths for the pitiful 0.5c/$ that they are generally offering. I very rarely receive any sort of bonus promotions and those I do receive are not worth chasing due to the very poor return and/or very high spend targets.

In comparison, with Flybuys, I receive more bonus promotions than I can actually use and most are at very reasonable spend levels. Although I actually spend more at Woolies overall, I would estimate that over the past quarter, I earned more than 30 times the flybuys points.

Maybe WWR will note the drop off in spend and change their ways but I doubt it...

Close your current EDR account and open another one or stop spending and the offers will roll in.

I've 5 different EDR cards and rotate them. Never been without an offer on at least one of the cards.

The less you use, the more bonuses you get.
I've been trialing this theory for over 5 months and on one card and not a single offer has it received.
I do purchase 5% off wish cards regularly using the same email address that is attached to the EDR card I've stopped using so my thought is they know I still shop at WW, even though I don't swipe the EDR card, and therefore that card receives no offers.

You will find that your flybuys offer amounts will increase if you push all of your shopping through them

I have already tried this and received no promos on either card...

I have found that if you just exceed the spend threshold (by say less than $2.00), the spend target stays level. Just yesterday afternoon, I received yet another 4x$60 for 10k FB points promo which is the same target as my last four or five multi week promos. I have been lucky enough on some weeks to stack these promos with another 1x$60 for 2k FB point promo.

Why would I sell my personal data to Woolies for less than what Coles is offering....

It's been 1.5 years since I've received a bonus points offer from Woolies. I've queried this with them many times, and always got some lame promise that it will be fixed. I'm just waiting until my points balance ticks over 2000, transfer to QF and then i'm cancelling.

The purchase of gift cards when there are bonus point promotions on is where the value is, rather than the generally spend $X a week shops.

I'll take whatever points I can get.

My brothers Everyday Rewards card hasn't had an offer for a long time. Other cards get offers every now and then.

Flybuys is ok until they increase spend targets.

QF points posted and just cancelled my WR account. I guess I just go ahead and open another one.

I've done well recently getting several specific product offers such as sausages for 700 points and cat food for 650 points. Both items I needed so it's worked out well.

Long may it last.

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

Almost a month has past since I last scanned my card and WW have noticed. They have stopped sending me their weekly junk email. Not a single offer has been received but maybe a small win...

All accounts we use have a 3x points this weekend ...

Two weeks ago three accounts picked up 7 x 870 QFF between them. Another account has $60 "banked" for Christmas.
