Just about to hit the 12 months on this card. Anyone been able to get the fee waived or reduced. I would consider keeping it if they offered me a good deal. Ideal card to use when you can't use AMEX.

Yes, I've been successful in waiving the fee for the second year.

I rang up today and without any arguing they immediately offered fee free for the year including to Qantas Lounge passes. Happy to keep this card as it works well whenever I can't use amex.
