How to status match to VA from QF?

I don't fly much on QF any more. I'm already on United 1K. My current Qantas platinum status will expire by Sep. I was thinking if there is any way to match to VA or other OW or Skyteam airlines. Thanks in advance!
 
My advice would be to find a virgin sales rep and get them to help you or get your company travel agent to help as if you try yourself you're going to get no where.
