How to send a PM?

Can someone tell me how to send a private message to support? ie Gold membership trying to request a coupon.. cheers.

Click on 'Private messages' on the red bar at the top left (make sure you are logged in).


Then go to 'send new messages' on the left.


Type support into the recipient users field and select that name when it comes up highlighted, below.

Type title and message, then click 'submit message' at the bottom.
