Hum - never had to do this but would like to know how to report what I feel is an inappropriate post to the forum moderator. I am talking about posts with un-necessary political or other negative commentary. I do want to reply to the poster as I feel it just extends the (off-topic) argument.

I feel this is necessary particularly on the various Covid-19 threads - we don't need to be political or negative (except for real facts) in the current environment.

There's a report button at the bottom left of each post.

At the bottom of the offending post there is a little grey text that says Report. You are doing the right thing by not responding and reporting it instead but sometimes I just can't help meself but I usually end up in trouble if I do.

l-l - see grey Report button at bottom middle of your post? Click that and you are on your way

I too was forced to Report a post a few days back -0 first time in my entire AFF life - sometimes you gotta do what needs to be done.

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

AFF Supporters can remove this and all advertisements

Report. Report. Report. And leave it to the moderators.

Troll-like behaviour, although on a very low level, exists on AFF. And you can always use the Ignore button to ensure that you are not subjected to the posts of selected individuals.

It seems to be getting more like that with individuals having too much time on their hands and a propensity to be argumentative and continue to push their point.. Boring. ;)
