How to redeem one world flight?

Can I use my QFF point to redeem one world flight which not listed on award website? For Example, JL flight between Beijing and Osaka, or between Osaka and Tokyo?
How?

Certainly (if there is award availability)!

However, it is likely you'll need to ring Qantas FF to do so. (and pay 2½K QFF point extra for the privilege)

i find this quite interesting.

In Europe and the States you can book OW award flights online (for travel within the continent ). Ive done it many times. BA, AA, AY and IB.

But why does it not let you do it for Asia?
