How to Monetize Points

I am looking for a way to monetize my citibank points. I have around 400,000 points that I would like to turn into cash.

I know that I can redeem these points for gift vouchers. However the gift vouchers redemption rate is very poor.

Is there any creative way to turn these points into cash at a rate of 2+ cents per point?

I doubt it, unless you can find a sucker to pay you up to full price for a J flight which you use the points to redeem.
