How to keep Hyatt Points from expiring? Non purchase point option

Hello all,

I have some Hyatt points expiring later this month (end of April) apart from purchasing points which is not the best value, and staying. What are some other options for Sydney based members? Assuming dining might be the cheapest options given I can't transfer from Airline or CC to Hyatt.
