How to Get QFF Points Credited for AF Flight?

I did not realize until after flying Air France CMN-CDG on March 17 that QFF gives points for flights on Air France. so I sent copies of the Boarding passes and ticket numbers to QFF by email. The Boarding Passes said Economy (Y).

QFF replied that they needed some evidence as to what the actual booking class was, as sometimes Y can be on a boarding pass when the booking is actually in another class.
I used Chat with Air France to provide the ticket numbers to an Air France agent who affirmed that the Booking Class was Y.

On June 13, I got a reply "We have checked the documents you have forwarded to us and we are glad to let you know that this flight AF4141 CMN-CGD [sic] on the 17 March 2020 has been credited to your account and to your wife's account also."

On June 17, I sent a query to QFF as to why the points had not shown up, and my claim was not shown either under Processed Claims or Active Claims.

I just received an email from QFF saying "We're unable to credit your account with Qantas Points for your travel with our partner airline as the route you travelled is not eligible to earn points."

Yet most booking classes with Air France are eligible, and Y class certainly is, and there are no route restrictions shown.

I am SG. What are my best options to get this resolved?

Thanks in advance

Jim

There is a separate thread on the AF partnership which strongly suggests there is little knowledge on both sides about the benefits.

It doesn't sound like the booking class is (now) the issue, though. The latest response from question suggests it's about 'eligible route'. I would reply to the Qantas email (or possibly start a new ticket), attaching all the information you have, including your screenshot of the table that shows your CMN-CDG flight in Y falling into the "All other international flights" category. Put the question to them: How is a CMN-CDG flight in Y on AF metal and code an ineligible route?
The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

Are you able to obtain a copy of the e-ticket that shows the fare class booked?
I cannot get a copy of an e-ticket because the tickets were “tickets on paper” good for two different flights purchased at the Air France office in Casablanca on March 16, which were exchanged later in the day for boarding passes at CMN for a specific flight the next day (March 17).
I have ticket numbers and a price paid; the price paid is not far off the price for a Y ticket on Air France as shown on Expertflyer YPRWMA, but it could also be a T class ticket, which is more expensive.

Thanks very much Danger.
I managed to get screenshots of the original tickets from an Air France agent showing ticket numbers, price, and Y class. I sent this in to QANTAS in a new missing points claim.

I also sent an email asking why my missing points claim for this flight does not show in my claim history. I did attach screenshots showing that on the QF website there is no mention of any AF routes being ineligible for points, and asking why CMN-CDG was an ineligible route..

I got a call about the email, but the audio was not great so I could not understand it all. The agent did understand about my frustration about not being able to see my Air France missing points claim and thus not being able to see whether it had not yet been dealt with or was denied. He first said he would fix the claim then quickly changed to say he would direct someone else to fix the claim.

Neither has happened: no points yet, and no recent claim in claim history.

The QF website does say that "Qantas Points are earned on eligible Air France flights with an Air France (AF) flight number operated by Air France". No where does it suggest that any flights are ineligible.

Thoughts are welcome.

I'd respond with the below (make sure to include the hyperlinks)

As per Qantas' partner airline earning category table for Air France, the CMN-CDG route would fall under "All other international flights" and as such is eligible to accrue points. Bookings in Y earn at Flexible Economy rates according to the table.

The route eligibility and earn rate of 1,100 points is verified by Qantas' own points calculator.

Please credit 1,100 points each to <insert your QFF numbers here>, or if you have any objection to route eligibility please provide a link to the relevant page on the Qantas website detailing which Air France routes are eligible to earn points.
