I am trying to status match out of Bonvoy but have hit a hurdle.
I am required to provide a screenshot of my membership profile or digital card with my full name but both are only displaying my first name. I've never noticed this before but never taken much notice.
Any tips/tricks on getting my full name displayed? I don't have a physical membership card.
