I booked MEL-LAS return on the UA OZ website today and paper tickets will be mailed to me.

Is there an option on the site to request e-ticket?

Should be. I think all my UA bookings on their website have been e-tickets. None of that routing requires a paper ticket.

Initially I started the booking on the UA US website and all was well until the payment page needed a US billing address on the credit card... that site said that tickets would be issued as E-Ticket.

Wrt *A, I intend to put most of my flights to them for the next month or so to get inaugral *G status with TG.

One issue is that for the last 2 weeks the booking engine on the TG flight times out.

Do you know any good sites that I can book TG online?
