Can any kind soul out there link me to instructions or a form to initiate a claim for hotel accom due to a cancelled flight?
[Edit] The answer is that you need to fill in the feedback form here: Customer care feedback form | Qantas AU - then wait for them to reply via email, and attach the receipt.
Context: I had a late night flight cancelled by Qantas last night and was rebooked on a flight today. The agent on the phone (after a 50+ minute hold time) said I was entitled to a $200 reimbursement for the hotel I needed to book. This page says the same thing, but it doesn't say how to claim it: Compensation and Refunds Policy | Qantas
The phone agent said to do the claim/refund I needed to take the hotel receipt to the service desk at the airport. Service desk says I need to claim it through qantas.com. I can't find info on qantas.com, they can't tell me where to look, webchat isn't working and the phone wait time is 50+ minutes again. A link to the right place would be much appreciated! Thanks
